Course: Yoga for Fitness
Course Number: YOGA Fall 2008-
Duration: An hour each week for 8 weeks on Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, starting Thursday, October 30, 2008.
Fee: CAD$70 for the full program.
The class will be held at the Shiv Mandir, 5284 Second Avenue, Niagara Falls, ON L2E 4K2.
